Before us it was interns. The work changed hands every few months.
Box Hill United run men's seniors in VPL2 and senior women in NPLW Victoria. Before us it was volunteer run, so the content came through interns who would stay for however long and then move on. The graphics were still decent. There just wasn't much consistency to it, and not a lot that felt specific to the club.

Approach & Strategy
We took the week to week off them. Graphics, photos and video across the men's, the women's and pretty much the whole club.

In the feed
This is what gets posted.
This grid is the real work from this job, in the shape it goes out in. Tap a frame to open it, then arrow between them.
How we did it
Week to week
The club's accounts run on a set schedule, across the men's and the women's, and it stays on that schedule.

The graphics
Match day graphics for both programs, and whatever else the club needs that week.

Goal clips
One of the small things that worked. Easy to post, good return, so it stayed.

Photos and video
Where we try to do something a bit different. The photography moved on again this season, and the editing is the part we push hardest.

“Posting goal clips was an easy one. Small thing, good return.”

2025 NPLW VICTORIA CHAMPIONS
That's the season we were running their socials through.
We run their whole feed.

The men's
Seniors in VPL2, on the same weekly schedule as everything else.
The women's
NPLW Victoria, same treatment, same week to week.
The rest
Pretty much the whole club, not just the two senior sides.
The impact
It has been consistent, which is most of the job. The photography and the editing are the parts we keep pushing.
