2. About This Website

This website presents Urban Media, a Melbourne based media agency: who we are, the work we make, and how to get in touch. It has no user accounts and takes no payments.

Production work we do for clients is governed by the separate agreement or quote for that engagement, not by these Terms. Our client portal at portal.urbanmedia.com.au is a separate product with its own Terms of Service.

3. Use of the Website

When using the website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Australian laws and regulations

The website loads some content and tools from third parties, including analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel), map tiles, and weather data, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each of those services has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Media regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior agreements.
