What we need to quote an event
The date, the venue and how long it runs. Whether you want the highlight cut, the long edit, photography, or all three. There is no flat event rate because the hours, the number of rooms and the edits asked for change the job.

Event videography questions
How much does event videography cost in Melbourne?
Events are priced on the brief rather than off a flat rate, because the hours, the number of rooms and the edits asked for change the job. The nearest published prices are a content day from $2,800 and a brand film from $4,500, both ex GST. Event coverage is a full day on site, a short highlight cut for socials and a longer edit for the record. Tell us the date, the venue and how long it runs.
How much does corporate video production cost in Melbourne?
A content day is from $2,800, and a brand film, concept through to graded master, from $4,500. An ongoing content retainer is from $2,000 a month. Campaigns from $8,000, scoped against the brief rather than sold off a price list. Prices ex GST. We are not the cheapest studio in Melbourne and we do not try to be.
What is a content day, and what do I get?
One shoot day, and a month of content out of it. We plan the day around what you actually need to post, shoot it in one visit, then cut it into a batch of pieces sized for the platforms they are going on rather than one long video nobody watches. From $2,800. Prices ex GST.
Who owns the finished footage?
You do. Once the work is handed over it is yours to use however you want, with no per-use licence and nothing to renew. We may still use it in our own portfolio and marketing, which is the one thing we keep. If a piece is sensitive and you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.
Who do we actually deal with?
Us. The people who pitch you are the people who hold the camera and cut the edit. There are no account managers and no handoff to a production team you have never met. Every job also runs through our client Portal, so files, updates and invoices sit in one place instead of in a thread.
