Do we get multi-cam, or one locked-off camera?

Multi-cam as standard, on every shoot. It means the edit has real angles to cut between instead of one locked-off camera and a lot of hoping.

Who do we actually deal with?

Us. The people who pitch you are the people who shoot and edit your content. No account managers, no handoffs.

How do we know where the project is at?

Every job runs through our client Portal. Files, updates and invoices in one place, in real time, so there is nothing to chase.

Are you Melbourne based?

Yes. Local crew, quick turnaround, without cutting corners on the day.

How far will you travel for a job?

We are based in bayside Melbourne and work right across the city. Past that we travel as far as a job needs us to, so tell us where it is.

How long does a video take to come back?

Usually within 7 days. That is a typical turnaround rather than a guaranteed date, so tell us early if yours has a deadline to hit.

How fast can a property listing be turned around?

Fast. Video, photography and drone are covered by one crew on one visit, so there's no waiting on a second shoot to get the listing live.

Is the drone work accredited?

Yes. Aerial work is flown by CASA-accredited pilots, so the shoot is compliant as well as good looking.

How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?

Within one business day. Tell us what the work is and we will come back to you.

How many revisions do we get?

Unlimited. Every job goes through our own internal rounds first, so the small errors are picked up before you ever see it, and most projects land after a round or two.

Who owns the finished files?

You do. Once the work is handed over it is yours. We may still use it in our own portfolio and marketing.
