What a club actually needs posted

Match days, seasons, member content and events. The same craft as brand work, on a schedule that does not wait for you.

Match-day video and photography, fixture graphics that carry the club's sponsor logos, and pieces cut for the platform they run on rather than one long video nobody watches.

Clubs and schools we work with

Box Hill United: videography and week-to-week social media for the whole club. Calder United. Brighton Grammar, across the school's sport calendar. Porsche Club Victoria and Ferrari Club Australia, trackdays shot at full noise.

Studio, volunteer or intern?

Plenty of clubs run their feed with a volunteer or a student, and that works while the person has the time. A studio is the option when the content has to publish every week of the season, with the same standard on a wet Sunday as on grand final day.

A retainer is from $2,000 a month, tailored to the season. A content day is the way to start: one shoot day, a month of cutdowns.

How much does sports club content cost in Melbourne?

Published, so a committee knows where a season starts before the first call. Every figure is a floor, not a fixed fee, and we are not the cheapest studio in Melbourne.

Prices ex GST. Campaigns from $8,000, scoped against the brief rather than sold off a price list. Retainers are tailored to the cadence you need. Last updated: 2026-10-10.

Sports club content questions

How much does social media content for a sports club cost?

A content day is from $2,800 ex GST and comes back as a month of cutdowns. An ongoing content retainer is from $2,000 a month, tailored to the season, covering a regular shoot cadence, edits and delivery through our client Portal. Box Hill United and Brighton Grammar are clubs and schools we run content for.

Do you work with clubs and organisations?

Yes, and a lot of the work on this page is exactly that. Box Hill United, Brighton Grammar, Porsche Club Victoria and Ferrari Club Australia all sit here rather than in a separate offer. Match days, seasons, member content and events are the same craft as brand work, on a schedule that does not wait for you.

What is a content retainer, and can it flex?

It is your in-house media team without the headcount: a regular shoot cadence, ongoing edits and cutdowns, everything delivered through our client Portal. From $2,000 a month, tailored, because the right cadence for a five person business is not the right cadence for a club running a season. Tell us what you need to publish and we will build the month around it.

What is a content day, and what do I get?

One shoot day, and a month of content out of it. We plan the day around what you actually need to post, shoot it in one visit, then cut it into a batch of pieces sized for the platforms they are going on rather than one long video nobody watches. From $2,800. Prices ex GST.

Who owns the finished footage?

You do. Once the work is handed over it is yours to use however you want, with no per-use licence and nothing to renew. We may still use it in our own portfolio and marketing, which is the one thing we keep. If a piece is sensitive and you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.
