How much does real estate photography cost in Melbourne?
Photography from $650 per listing. Photo and video together from $1,200, which is the package most agents book, and a cinematic listing from $2,400. Video only is available on request from $850. How far in advance do I need to book?
Twenty four hours. We hold capacity precisely so an agent can call the day they win the listing rather than waiting a week for a studio to have a gap. Send the address and the day you want through the form, or call 0456 785 904 and we will confirm the slot.
Who pays for the shoot, me or the vendor?
The vendor, in almost every case. Listing media is a line on the marketing schedule alongside the portal listings and the signboard, so it is quoted to the vendor rather than carried by you or the agency. That is also why the prices are published: you can put a real number in front of a vendor at the appraisal without waiting on us for a quote.
What is the turnaround on photos and video?
Stills come back the next business morning. Video comes back in three business days. Both are shot on the same visit by the same crew, so the video is never waiting on a second booking, and the listing goes live on the schedule you set rather than on ours.
Is drone included, and do you hold a drone licence?
Aerial work is flown by CASA-accredited pilots and is included in the cinematic listing tier, or added to any other listing on request. Flights are planned around the airspace the property sits in.

Do I need video as well as photos?
Not always, and we will say so. Photo and video together is the most booked package, and it is the one worth taking when the property has something a still cannot carry: a view, a floor plan that has to be walked, a garden. For a straightforward apartment the photography tier is often the honest answer. Both are shot in one visit either way.
What is Listing Partner?
It is the monthly option for agents listing two or more properties a month, from $1,500 a month and tailored to your volume. It buys priority availability when you win a listing, and member rates on every job. The rates themselves are agreed with you rather than published, because they depend on the volume you actually run.
Where do you shoot?
We are based in bayside Melbourne and shoot listings right across Melbourne, Victoria. Bayside, the south east, the inner suburbs, and out to Hallam, where we shot a full listing programme for SPRE. If a listing sits further out than that, tell us where it is and we will tell you straight away whether we can get to it.
What does next-day booking actually mean?
We can be on site for a Melbourne listing on short notice, so the shoot happens the day after you win the listing rather than the week after. Delivery is separate and published: stills the next business morning, video in 3 business days. Aerial work is flown under CASA accreditation and planned around the airspace the property sits in, and twilight coverage has to happen at twilight, so neither follows the same short-notice booking window as the rest of the shoot.

Is it a drone licence or accreditation?
Aerial work is flown by CASA-accredited pilots, so the shoot is compliant as well as good looking. CASA accredits the pilot rather than issuing a licence for this kind of operation, which is why the site says accredited everywhere rather than licensed. Every flight is planned around the airspace the property sits in: send the address and we will confirm what can be flown before the day.
Do you shoot agent personal branding content?
Yes. Content that builds the agent's profile, not the listing: photography and video for your own channels, profile and appraisal material. There is no published price for it, because a listing shoot repeats and agent content does not. Tell us what you want to be known for and we will price it against the brief.
