Inside a match-day content pipeline
Same-week turnaround only happens if the pipeline is built before round one, not during it.

Running content for a club across a full season is a different problem to shooting a single event. The volume is the challenge: every week produces hours of footage and dozens of stills, and none of it is useful if it's still being edited when the next round kicks off.
The pipeline we run for community sport clients starts before the first whistle: a fixed run-sheet for what gets shot and in what order, a cut template so the edit doesn't start from a blank timeline every week, and a social calendar so posting doesn't become an afterthought squeezed in on a Tuesday.
The payoff is a highlights edit landing within days, not weeks, and a graphic kit for results and fixtures that stays consistent all season instead of drifting template by template. None of it is complicated. It just has to be decided once, in week zero, rather than reinvented every Monday.
